  • 60 Min Yin For Low Back and Hips

    This practice uses a yoga strap and bolster, or do the practice without props. Each pose is held for several minutes, and of course the options are trauma informed.

  • Yin Yoga: Hips and Shoulders

    For this practice, we used 2 bolsters, 2 blocks and a yoga strap. As always, any cues are optional, this is your body and your practice. Make choices that allow you to feel safe, grounded and supported.

  • Sampler Class: Yin, Flow, then Restore

    Trauma informed class starting off with yin, moving into gentle flow, ending in restorative. Use props that you have available to you at home to practice.

  • Yin Yoga 60 min

    This practice is a yin practice, where we hold poses for longer periods of time. Less props are used in this sequence, but you can add them for comfort.

  • Yin for Hips and Shoulders

    This practice uses one bolster and two blocks for support and focuses on opening the hips and shoulders. As always, this practice is trauma informed and encourages you to find options that work for you in your practice today.

  • Yoga Nidra Followed by 10 min of Sound healing

    This class starts off with restorative poses, moves into a Yoga Nidra (iRest) for awake sleep (35 min) and ends with 10 min of sound healing. Bolsters, blocks, blankets needed for this full practice.

  • Yin Yoga for Hips

    This practice uses one bolster, 2 blocks for support an focuses on opening up the hips and inner thighs. As always, trauma informed.

  • Yin for Hips and Low Back

    This sequence focuses on hip opening and the low back, using one bolster and two blocks as an option for support. As always, listen to your body and make choices that serve you.

  • Yin for Shoulders and Hips

    This practice uses one bolster and two blocks with an emphasis on shoulders and hips (opening). Some twists are optional if they benefit you and do not aggravate low back issues. As always, this practice is trauma informed and the focus is on choices in the body and not the aesthetics of the poses.

  • Yin Yoga, Trauma Informed for Shoulders

    This practice using one bolster and 2 blocks. Option to use a folded blanket if no bolster is available.

  • Yin for Hips and Hamstrings

    This is a trauma informed practice focusing on the hips and hamstrings. Use of one block at the end of class and the use of props for all other poses is optional.   • Yin for Shoulders and Hips

    This practice can be done all the way until the end without any props, but you can use props as a way to make the practice more comfortable. One bolster or large rolled blanket can be used for the last few poses.

  • Yin Yoga Shoulders and Hamstrings

    Trauma informed yoga sequence targeting the hamstrings and shoulders. You can do all but one pose in this sequence without any props at all, or you can use a bolster and two blocks for support throughout the class.

  • Yin Yoga for Hamstrings and Hips

    This practice focuses on the hips and hamstrings and uses a yoga strap and bolster for support (option to add blocks).

  • Yin for Hips and Hamstrings

    Try this sequence with or without any props. Each pose is held 2 min or slightly more and the focus is on the hamstrings and hips. As always, trauma informed so you have choices throughout the practice.

  • Sampler: Yin, short flow then restore

    Start off with a yin practice holding poses, then move into a short standing sequence closing with restorative poses. The practice uses two blocks and a bolster for the restorative potion of class.

  • Yin for Hamstrings and Hips

    This practice uses a bolster, 2 blocks and a yoga strap along with a rolled blanket. Poses are held for 1-4 min and focus on the hamstrings and hips.

  • Yin for hamstrings and hips

    This practice uses a strap, bolster and two blocks for support. The audio on this one has more background and less volume from my mic. If you prefer a louder audio from me, select another video!

  • Yin for Hips (cuing for no twists)

    This sequence can be done without props (other than a block or rolled blanket for last pose) and has cuing for no twists.

  • Yin Shoulders and Hamstrings (cues for no twists)

    This sequence uses one bolster and two blocks as options and is focused on the hamstrings and shoulders.     This sequence targets the hips and inner thighs and open hip positions is followed by a restorative sequence the last 20 min of class.
