This practice is focused on the hips and inner thighs. Use of a yoga strap is recommended for the first part of class to support the body in the holding of the poses. As always, listen to your body and make options that serve you.

Sampler: YIn, Flow, Restore
Grab a bolster, block and blanket for the restorative option of class. Otherwise this is a practice without props. Tiny flow, some yin with shorter holds and more options for dynamic movement.

Yin Practice: Shoulders and Hips
This practice is "prop" light, so you can use a bolster, or big pillow, or do the practice with no props. Option to use blocks or anything to elevate the arms.

Sampler Class: YIn, Flow, Restore
This is our sampler practice, using no props to start but ending with a bolster or rolled blankets, large pillows etc. This practice is fully balanced with some movement and rest, as well as some work into connective tissues.
