Try this sequence with or without any props. Each pose is held 2 min or slightly more and the focus is on the hamstrings and hips. As always, trauma informed so you have choices throughout the practice.

Sampler: Yin, short flow then restore
Start off with a yin practice holding poses, then move into a short standing sequence closing with restorative poses. The practice uses two blocks and a bolster for the restorative potion of class.
