Sampler Class: YIn, Flow, Restore
This is our sampler practice, using no props to start but ending with a bolster or rolled blankets, large pillows etc. This practice is fully balanced with some movement and rest, as well as some work into connective tissues.

Yin for Shoulders and Hips
This practice has a focus on the hips and shoulders, and uses one bolster (or any prop you have that resembles a bolster such as a large pillow or rolled blanket). As always, listen to your body and honor the choices that feel right in your practice.

Sampler: Yin, short flow then restore
Start off with a yin practice holding poses, then move into a short standing sequence closing with restorative poses. The practice uses two blocks and a bolster for the restorative potion of class.
