This practice uses a yoga strap and bolster, or do the practice without props. Each pose is held for several minutes, and of course the options are trauma informed.

Yin Yoga: Hips and Shoulders
For this practice, we used 2 bolsters, 2 blocks and a yoga strap. As always, any cues are optional, this is your body and your practice. Make choices that allow you to feel safe, grounded and supported.

Sampler Class: Yin, Flow, then Restore
Trauma informed class starting off with yin, moving into gentle flow, ending in restorative. Use props that you have available to you at home to practice.
