For this practice, we used 2 bolsters, 2 blocks and a yoga strap. As always, any cues are optional, this is your body and your practice. Make choices that allow you to feel safe, grounded and supported.

Sampler Class: Yin, Flow, then Restore
Trauma informed class starting off with yin, moving into gentle flow, ending in restorative. Use props that you have available to you at home to practice.

This practice is a yin practice, where we hold poses for longer periods of time. Less props are used in this sequence, but you can add them for comfort.
