Trauma Informed Yoga Classes

34m
Here is a 35 min Yoga Nidra practice, using the iRest protocol. Students should complete the entire 35 min, as stopping the practice before completion can leave one in a sleep like state. Set up should be in a restorative position, using a bolster for the back, spine, and head with the chin slightly tucked. Arms can rest on blocks or rolled blankets, and a bolster or rolled towel can be placed under the knees. An eye pillow is optional.
