This sequence uses one bolster and two blocks as options and is focused on the hamstrings and shoulders. I cue options for no twists if you cannot or do not like twists (if pregnant or have low back pain). The audio is a bit quieter on this one as I am playing with the settlings so my voice may be softer and there is some audio of the playlist.
