Start with yin (holding poses for 1-3 min), move into a flow with 2 sun a salutations, a warrior short sequence, and ending in restorative. I don't often teach sun salutations in trauma informed so this class has a bit of a different feel for part of the flow (2 rounds of sun a). The mic on this one taped me a little intesely so choose a different video if you have sensitive ears!
