Option for this practice to use a strap, and 2 blocks are needed for one of the poses in class (can use rolled blanket under the shoulders and head if no blocks are available). As always, this class is trauma informed and focused on options with the body in movement and in stillness. Option to hold easy pose 1-5 min.
